we dont know, you have not said what is wrong with it or why it broke down
If its a 100 mile round trip surely you only had to drive it home then take it back so its 150 miles0 -

OP bought a car for about £4000 or so (1500 trade and 2500 finance) and it broke down virtually immediately. They took it back and they tried to fix it but that didn't work.
I'm not sure what was said that lead to the OP going home and taking his ball with him though0
