This isn't a forum full of solicitors touting for work.

You'll need to go and see a firm of solicitors to see if they'll take your case on. If they din't take it on, it means you have no chance of winning.

Can you entertain us with your accident circumstances please and tell us why you think the construction site is negligent?

I'll give it a go for £2000 up front ;)

I watched Rumpole of the Bailey once and am feeling confident.

Why won't your bike insurer, if the building site is to blame?

I think we all know the answer - because your bike insurer don't think the building site IS to blame...

So what large static easy to see object did you pile into as you tried to weave your way through gaps in the traffic that weren't there?

Sorry to hear of your accident.

Why only a no win no fee? They are the bottom feeders of the legal world, only take on slam-dunk cases ( because they do not like to actually litigate) and take a large percentage of your award.

Based on this information only - you have every chance that a no win no fee firm will take this on for you. Obviously the site was negligent and you have 100% proof that they were - open and shut.

    Report back when your done.
