How do I get money back from a fitness company

Hi, Can anyone help me. I hve been a member of Be Military Fit (BMF for over a year. I pay for 3 sessions a week. For 10 weeks now they have only supplied 1 session. How do I go about getting some money back. ? Thanks

When you said to them 'hey, just wondering whats going on as there has only been 1 session available for a few weeks now!' what was their response...

I have sent e-mails to their head office, which says it has passed my complaint on. I also sent e-mails to their head of sales and membership weeks ago but have no response.
Its not just me that is being let down but all the members of the team. We have heard its because they can't get instructors. But we don't get any notification of a session being cancelled. Some of the members have an hours drive on a week day, myself included. This is BMF that advertises that Bear Grylls is part of the owners.
