E.ON 2yr fixed MSE Collective - existing E.ON customer

Hi,

Quick question on this deal, is there any issue with an existing E.ON customer "switching" to this?

I've been on the Go Online 1 Year v6 deal but this expired yesterday so I've now lapsed onto a standard tariff.

Can I just sign up for this deal as normal?

Yes you should be able to switch to it without issue.
E.ON tend not to mind existing customers switching tariffs within E.ON, they want your business.

I did actually switch tariffs within E.ON last year but that was directly on the phone rather than via here or a comparison site.

When I was a E.On customer, I used the Cheap Energy Club to change E.ON tariffs without issue (back in the days when prices went down regularly - sometimes within a couple of days - long gone times now) .

Hello Toby and, yes, existing customers can go on to this tariff.

It's only available through the MSE Cheap Energy Club to customers who've pre-registered with MSE. It's not available on our website or phone lines.
