Hi,
I am just wondering if anybody can help with a query I have....
If someone has a settlement agreement and is bound by confidentiality, aside from having to disclose any details to their professional advisers or otherwise as may be required by law or any relevant tax, regulatory or listing authority.....what are they legally allowed to close to the job center? Not sure if the job center comes under any of the exceptions?

Does the settlement agreement include a reference that states reason for leaving?
