Cavity Wall Removal - Black Mold

Has anyone successfully had their cavity wall insulation removed free of charge?

My house suffers terribly with mold and would appreciate your experience before I make my enquires. I have windows open for ventilation heating on to take away the condensation, I use mold remover on windows and walls approximately every 3 weeks.

Insulation was put in by the previous owner. I contacted a company on a 'no win, no fee**' enquiry but they wouldn't take on the case as the installation is over 8 years old but to contact CIGA direct (mine was installed 8 1/2 years ago). I have copies of the installation documents and 25 year guarantee.

** I live near the coast in the North West and the insulation is filled with eco fibre.
