Goldfish ppi passed the reclaim time

I paid ppi on my Goldfish card and applied to claim it back, at the time they replied saying I was not entitled to any refund and so I accepted that. I have since claimed ppi back on other credit cards and have gone back to Goldfish but they now say I am outside the time allowed to contest their decision. If I am the victim of miss sold ppi by them and they are guilty of selling it too me then even though I was naive in accepting I wasn't entitled and didn't kick up a fuss straight away there still in the wrong and should give me what I am owed?

No. If it's more than 6 months since their decision, you are indeed out of time.0

They haven't admitted any such liability, though, you are just out-of-time to appeal their original rejection. If I am the victim of miss sold ppi by them and they are guilty of selling it too me
Realise that, just because you have been successful in other complaints elsewhere, this does not indicate that this complaint should be upheld too.
Regardless, this complaint was rejected and you are too late now to contest the decision. You are also too late for an Ombudsman referral.

They didn't agree you were mis-sold, or that they're 'guilty' of anything. What exactly do you think you're owed?If I am the victim of miss sold ppi by them and they are guilty of selling it too me then even though I was naive in accepting I wasn't entitled and didn't kick up a fuss straight away there still in the wrong and should give me what I am owed?0 -
You are owed nothing and you will get nothing.0
