Shower comes on when toilet flushed

Hi
Had a new combi boiler and pipes fitted last week through Homeserve and now for some reason, never happened before in 15 years, the shower comes on for a minute every time the toilet is flushed.
Could be a complete coincidence.
Any ideas why the shower is coming on when the toilet is flushed please? Could the installation of the new boiler and new pipes be connected please?

What colour is the water coming out of the shower?:D0

Do you mean the shower or just the shower pump? If the later it is likely the feed for the toilet was take off the wrong side of the pump.0
