Have you complained to the landowner?

Hi Umkomass I called Morrison customer service to get the land owner details but the gentleman on the phone didn't know who the land owner was instead he took my details and the inquiry to escalate this matter on to their parking department who would get in touch with me soon. I would go and speak to the store manager tomorrow morning. I dont have a receipt on the day incident took place. Whats your suggestion?

Search the forum for keywords 'Morrisons donotreply@' and follow and action the advice given in those recent threads (last 6 months). You should, hopefully, see a cancellation in a few days time.

HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function. Click on the 'Advanced Search' button and on the following page place your keyword(s) in the 'Search By Keyword(s)' and make sure the 'Show Results As' button (at the foot of the window) is changed from 'Threads' to 'Posts'.

    No-one said to phone Morrisons.

They cancel these all the time by email, even for people with no receipt (BUT DO NOT TELL THEM YOU WERE NOT SHOPPING!).

You only needed to search the forum for the word Morrisons and you could have had it cancelled already, by now!

  • Interesting that this is Morrisons, considering what I read here on Pepipoo: http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=126151.
Maybe PE are just trying it on, but won't actually proceed to a claim.

Everyone is told the same - first action - complain to the landowner/retailer. The NEWBIES FAQ sticky is very clear on it.

Well done, we told you that our advice would see a cancellation, works virtually every time with Morrisons.
