Cloak Room Toilet

Hi
Has anyone got any advice on where I can get additional information.
I want to install a toilet under my stairs.
Adjacent to where the toilet will go is the garage where the main waste stack is (about 2 meters away)
The problem I have is that with the main waste pipe that I need to connect to being in the garage there is no room to shift the stack up or down when wanting to join a 110mm connector.
How much would the main stack need to move (up or down) to get the connector in?
