I signed up for both gas and electricity plus their credit card. On 16/01/2019.
I later decided I was not happy with all the bad reviews and I wanted to cancel my order.
On the 24/01/2019 (within the 14 day cooling off period.) I informed Utilitywarehouse via phone and email. All I ever get back from them is emails asking for meter readings. I phoned them again 30/01/2019 and they said the account is closed. However I now find my present provider only has my electric
account. My gas account seems to have been stolen by utility warehouse.
I think it is time for legal action. Any advice please.
