Has anyone had any issues with Muscle Food?
I placed an order two weeks ago to stock my freezer up for the next couple of months.
On Monday I woke up to an email saying my order was confirmed which puzzled me as I've not placed another order. I've logged into my account and a £69 meat hamper has been ordered and my card has been charged. Several past orders have been moved to recurring deliveries and they were pending.
I managed to cancel the pending recurring orders but couldn't cancel the confirmed order.
I've tried contacting them by email, Messenger and on their Facebook page but I've been ignored by all methods. They don't seem to have a phone number.
I definitely didn't order the meat that is coming today. I'm at work all day then I'm out this evening so there will be nobody at home to take delivery of it.
I'm really angry that I've been charged for an order that I don't want or need, and the company are not contactable to sort it out.
I paid with Amex. Can I do a chargeback to get my money back?

Did you sign up to a sub?
I signed up to a cheap trial and cancelled easy enough. It was very obvious it was a sub and even appeared as if I had something in my cart whenever I looked at the site, and clicking my basket showed a ‘pending irder’ For February which I could easily cancel.
If you signed up to a monthly meat sub and didn’t cancel, then you got yourself another one.0 -
No I've never signed up to recurring deliveries. I've always checked the one delivery only option in the basket.Here I go again on my own....0

I was just scanning through my credit card transactions & found £4 taken. Didn’t know what this was for so I looked into it further & found another £4 taken. I’m waiting a response from musclefood as I didn’t sign up to anything & haven’t placed any orders since the beginning of this year. Check your accounts..0

I’ve had no response from musclefood & today they have taken another £4 from my card. You can only contact them via the website, no telephone number. Not happy I can’t remove my card from the website.0
