Post Office Savings total shambles

I'm only with PO Savings as a useful source of direct debits. They are as useful as an alcoholic in a brewery. Just setting up a monthly direct debit has become tiresome, as I can no longer do it online, have to ring them up. I had three that needed sorting out - tried to do all three in one go, they only managed to sort one. So each account will need an individual phone call.

Try using another browser. I found that Win 10 does some very strange things on secure sites but Chrome is ok,

How did you go about making your complaint?

Some kind of online saver - just pulling DDs from Halifax for the 3 quid (now 2!).

Used resolver for Bank of Ireland, who eventually came back and said they don't care, speak to PO.

That reminds me... don't think PO actually bothered to reply.... I'll try and phone their "technical team" at lunch one day, but if I'm on hold for ages we'll see if the FOS will wake them up a bit
