Competition Details

By entering the Competition, you will have the chance of winning 1 pair of tickets to one of the below events. There will be 6 winners in total.

2 winners will win 2 tickets to Fatboy Slim on 22nd February 2019
2 winners will win 2 tickets to Shawn Mendes on 9th May 2019
2 winners will win 2 tickets to Take That on 17th May 2019

The competition will run from 5/2/2019 at 8PM – 12/2/2019 at 11:59PM. Entries must be received by 7/2/2019 at 11:59PM. The winners will be drawn on 14/2/2019 (the “Draw Date”).

Competition Terms and Conditions

A prize competition (“the Competition”) will be held by Citroën UK Limited (Citroën UK, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND). (“we”, “us” or “our”)The Competition is to win the prize described in the Competition Details above (“the Prize”). By entering the Competition, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. Entering the below details will automatically enter you into the Competition:

a. Twitter – Retweet and like Citroën UK’s Fatboy Slim, Shawn Mendes & Take That Competition Tweet and reply with which artist’s gig you want to attend.
b. Facebook – comment on Citroën UK’s Fatboy Slim, Shawn Mendes & Take That Competition post with your favourite song from 1 of the 3 artists.
c. Instagram – comment on Citroën UK’s Fatboy Slim, Shawn Mendes & Take That Competition post with their favourite song from 1 of the 3 artists

2. The Competition is open to all UK residents over 18 with the exception of our employees, and those of our associated companies and agents and their families and friends and is limited to one (1) entry per person. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
3. You can enter the Competition during the dates stated in the Competition Details. Entries received after this will not be eligible for the Prize. Entry to the Competition is free, and no purchase is necessary.
4. Only complete and clearly legible entries will be entered into the Competition.
5. Winners will be selected at random [by a computer process], as the winner on the date set out in the Competition Details. We do not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry. Our decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. 6. The winners will be notified via the social media platform they used to enter within 2 days of the Draw Date. We will send the name and county of the winners to anyone who writes within one month after the closing date of the Competition requesting details of the winners and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in the Competition Details.
7. When notified, winners must provide their full name and email address and will be required to pick up the tickets from the Arena Birmingham or the tickets will be sent to them via email.
8. If the winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or no response is received from them within 48 hours of contact, the Prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. We will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond our reasonable control:
a) any postponement or cancellation of the Prize event(s); or
b) any changes to any Prizes or the way in which they can be used;
c) any act or default of any third party supplier.
10. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this competition, or these terms and conditions, at any time.
11. The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any claims or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. We will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost for any reason; or proof of posting as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
13. Unless stated otherwise in the Competition Details the Prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative and the Prize cannot be transferred to a third party. The Prize does not include personal expenditure and other incidental costs.
