False Service History from a licensed dealer

Seems far more likely to be carelessness / admin error rather than doctoring the record simply because someone faking it is unlikely to be that careless.0

That's what I was thinking; have they given you the service history from the wrong car? Main dealers will likely have batches of near identical cars with near identical plates. I.e. 4 Fiestas with plates AAB, AAB, AAC, AAD.
Go into the dealer with it and get them to give you a fresh print out of the service history, it's all electronic these days if you stay in the franchise.0
