Dual Fuel Direct Debit
Hi, Searched the site but can't find a direct answer. Hope someone out there can advise.
OVO are asking for a big increase in Direct Debit, obviously because of the last two winter bills being higher than normal.
So my question is this: After working out last years bill in KW/h. I've worked out that around £85 a month would pay the total yearly bill. Now OVO are asking for over £117 which was my last bill, can I ignore that and just pay £85. Obviously I'll go into debit for a few months, but it will even out as the year goes on.
Thanks

1) The general consensus is that you get better deals if you go for seperate suppliers for gas and elec rather than dual fuel.
2) has your fix with OVO run out ? In which case OVO will be quoting their Standard rates and not a fix .
3) As you know your last years consumption use that for the comparison sites.
4) Don't forget that the DD isn't cast in stone. If you use more you pay more.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
