Yeah, anyway, I’m trying to get this to the point of the developer’s and/or estate management company’s responsibility regarding providing what the planning consent requires.
As I said originally, the estate management company seems to be looking into costs of locks, providing private property signs and providing more secure fences. Shouldn’t the developer have done all that before handover?0
