do you guys enter your real birthdays for these competitions? I am worried about giving them my birthday
  • Even though it says Day/Month/Year, it only works if you use the format Month/Day/Year.

I don't think there's anything wrong with giving your real DOB.
I have been asked for proof of age for a prize before now. However I don't think there's anything wrong with changing a couple of digits, then if you do have to send proof, it's a simple slip of the finger, rather than a completely different date.
If your birthday is 14/5 put 15/4 for example.

I also had a problem with this, until I looked at the format setout which states MM/DD/YYYY, I guess a lot of us are in a habit of auto typing DD first
  • Thats exactly it...
