Hi Guys,
This one's a bit unusual,my local Homebase car park is now divided and run by two separate companies, this has resulted in me receiving 2 PCNs.I basically drove through one car park to get to the other.,I parked at a car park managed by Euro car parks but to access it I drove through a car park managed by PCN solutions on behalf of Topher Ltd(these have the apnr) these are both situated on the Homebase site in Bath. With regards to my appeal to the IAS I challenged the fact that even though my car was photographed entering and exiting there was no evidence as to where my car was actually parked.,I actually thought I had a strong case , stating it was a cheaper fine and showed a photo of the signage displaying that particular car park was manned, I included a map of the area showing the route I took, I also accepted that I had knowingly overstayed hence the cheaper fine.I still have the other PCN which was I haven't sent to the IAS. Any advice would be appreciated.
Nick

Sounds more like a parking ticket issue than a stoozing opportunity.
