Looks well dodgy. Not even sure if the 5-11% is total return or annual return; they can't even make that clear. One assumes annual, but ...

To be fair, they do include "Capital is at Risk" right at the top of the page above the headline, rather than burying it away in small print!

What led you to the site in the first place? The full URL you included suggests you searched Google for 'energy bond' but presumably there was a reason to search for those words....

Personally, I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.

You do get the chance of getting a free brochure! That's as far as I'd go on the website.

I wouldn't even go that far.

It was advertised on my mail client; I remembered it then searched when I had time to look at it further. I am not investing but can imagine some people would be attracted to that kind of offer.

But following on from your thread last month about another dodgy outfit, there might come a point where you may feel that you're highlighting their dangers for the benefit of others but are actually having the opposite effect of generating traffic, especially when using a clickbaity thread title again, although it can be helpful for big threads on here to achieve enough critical mass to appear prominently in searches.

If your browsing (or email?) history is causing adverts for companies like this to be appearing for you, you might wish to install one or more adblockers and/or browse in incognito/private mode....

Is this thread supposed to serve as a warning for those who search "uk energy bonds" in their favourite search engine? Because there are already numerous high ranking news articles about previous failed bonds.

Does anything like what? I doubt there are any vigilantes that frequent this forum, and there's no guarantee the ASA or FCA will be reading your posts.
