Mojisola its Country Kibble, see its review on the All about dog food site:

Generally, its not got a high enough meat content to be one of the really good quality foods, but that apart seems pretty good for the price. It's what I currently feed my dog.0 -
I looked at that Ellies Dog Food also. The food looks good as well but they charge £7.95 for delivery. We went with Moonjoon Nutrition (sorry I can't postage website for some reason) as everything was clear cut from the ingredients to the price. Also after doing recycling homework with the kids its also great to see they have recyclable packaging. Im not normally a reviewer but we've had such a good experience that I felt I should share it as I think a lot of people are having the same dilemmas0

I'm impressed by the research you folks do, and have to now put myself in the bad owner brigade.
If it's half decent quality and ok for sensitive stomachs (although I had to retrieve a decaying dead bird from himself today, so I'm not sure why I bother with with that bit...) and he'll eat it, that does us. I don't scrutinise the ingredients, but he's happy, healthy and in good condition, and it's not full of crap that's good enough for me.
Sorry, Gitdog. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Brookelloyd - I buy it from our local pet shop - but it's sold under their own name, rather than Ellie's.
mac.d - Thanks for finding it on the nutrition site - interesting to see their analysis of it.
Edited to add: I've found the manufacturer - it's http://www.ga-petfoodpartners.co.uk/ and http://www.ga-petfoodpartners.co.uk/ga-direct0 -

I asked for some samples and they arrived today - dog enjoyed his first taste.
Seems a very good company to buy from.0 -
Hi, thanks for all who gave this company good reviews. I'm having a struggle to find something my nervous little rescue Jack Chi will eat happily ( apart from chicken! ) So I have emailed them to ask for their advice and suggestions.
My dog Tilly2 is not a handbag dog and she doesn't just get chicken, but I havent found much else that is good quality to try so far.
Fingers crossed Moonjoon will be the answer !0 -
Have a look at Tails.com. They will send free samples.0

We have 3 dogs who are very special in their own little way. 2 are quite fussy and the other would happily eat my husbands dirty socks every day! I go to various dog groups and mingle with a lot of other owners every week. This is the conclusion many of us have come to...!
* Some of these 80% meat recipes are simply too rich for many dogs.!
* More dogs than you thing have underlying sensitivity issues - it’s normal.!
* These highly financed brands like tails and butternut box etc are just faddy and don’t actually offer superior food or service.!
* Customer service is very important - if you ask a question at stupid a’clock you want a quick, informative and caring response.!
* Avoid ‘chicken meal’ or any meat ‘meal’ and look for actual ‘chicken’ or meat or ideally ‘freshly prepared chicken’ etc. ‘Meal’ usually means any part of the chicken or animal - poorest and cheapest bits!!
* Look for people and companies who are passionate and care.
* Always check ingredients and hidden delivery cost.
One of our girls absolutely loves Arden Grange Adult Pork & Rice. It really seems to agree with her and she loves it. We buy 12kg bags of this and it lasts a good couple of months. We worked out it costs just over £0.50/day for her. It’s not grain free tho. Our other two are on Moonjoon Nutrition, many of the dog group member were raving about it and their service. Both have been on it for over 12 months now, love it and look great off it. One is on the Slimmers Dinner as she’s prone to put on weight. This is a high quality, Fish, Grain Free recipe and works out at £0.65/day for her. The other is on the Simply Quackers recipe. This is a similar Grain Free recipe but with about 50% Duck and works out at £0.50/day for her.
It is a mine field out there and it’s easy to get fooled and sucked in by these big commercial brands! This is what works for us.0
