I seem to have got £20 through Quidco but the NT haven't done anything with my membership. They sent me a temporary membership which has run out. I have emailed them but no response. No direct debit has been set up.

We were looking forward to using our membership over Easter but couldn't as they don't seem to have processed it - although it is showing as £20 on Quidco.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Chris

Yes. Finally sorted out recently after numerous emails from me. DD to come out next month. Membership re-set for 1yr from April ('joined' last August!). Already received Quidco last November, despite DD never having been taken from my bank a/c! Membership pack arrived this week. Free gift out of stock but to follow.

Did mine this afternoon for myself and DH and it is showing on Quidco already but shows as amount of £35.63 and earnings of £10.69. Anyone any idea why these amounts when I have paid £59.63 for a couple? The £35.63 appears to be the cost for 1 person.

The same thing has happened to me. Do you think we should query it through a Quidco 'ticket'?

The Quidco cash back only works for new members of the National Trust.icon9.gif If you're already a member of the National Trust don't renew, apply to join the National Trust for Scotland as a new member at £55 direct online. This saves you £30 and you get all the benefits of the National Trust. icon14.gifUnfortunately not available via Quidco
To become a "New" member, just cancel your old DD, and Re-Apply

Sorry, just noticed its only now Quidco, and you can only take out 2 in 1 year, dont quite understand what that means.

I tried to do this as it shows as missing amount -£7.48 which would be correct.

Also you need to submit your membership number which I don't have yet, but once I have this then I will submit an enquiry.

I think it is because you can buy NT membership as a gift for someone else so the limit i 2 per year.

Exactly the same here as well.

By the way, for those of us who have done this for joint membership, have you noticed that the e-mailed temporary NT pass quotes "named member only", but only includes the name of the first party?

This could be interesting when trying to use it!

I emailed them with this query and they said you are both admitted on the temp e amil, but that my membership has been processed and actual cards should be with me in next couple of days.

We had a family membership in 2008 and had £20 cashback. Have just booked a holiday in Devon so was going to join again as it will pay for itself in car park fees alone but not on Quidco at the moment

Darn...was planning to open a membership for the weekend...my guess its a ploy to try to not lose income as they may expect more applications with a bank holiday weekend approaching.

It seems to be suspended on all sites at the moment. Was going to book tonight.
