Surely that's just the pointless Reminder everyone gets? This morning Parking eye has sent me the Parking Charge Notice (initial one) with a different deadline to pay for early settlement i.e. £60
Or is it addressed to you, as opposed to the keeper (if you were named as driver/hirer)?
P/Eye only reissue PCNs when the recipient name differs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just stating the obvious but if you do - please black out as much of identifiable info like names, numbers, dates, times etc. Apparently a lot of the PPCs scan through posts here. You probably know this but any basic image editor like paint will let you do it.0 -
It's now been over 35 days since you "appealed" to ParkingEye?
Time to complain to the BPA about their failure to either a) uphold your "appeal" or b) provide you with a POPLA code.0 -
Apologies but unable to put pictures here for some reason but i am now confused shall i contact BPA or reply to Parking eye and ask them to send me a popla code0

Complain to your MP. On 18th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these private parking companies. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.
Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Hey D_P_Dance,
I did speak to my local MP and he assured me that he will look into this matter however these days MP's are only working on one thing "BREXIT" and its unfortunate that we are in this situation
therefore, as it stands i need to know shall i write to them (Parking Eye) and cc BPA ?
