Redundancy for agency workers

Options
My colleagues and myself are employed by an agency and are paid by the agency.
We have only ever worked at one company in one job role, some for more than twenty years.
The company have decided to get rid of our job roles.

Are any of us entitled to any form of redundancy?

sorry to hear that you are being made redundant.
Yes, if you have been longer than 2 years, you did say 20 years.
Have a look at the uk.gov website.

    Are you in a union?

I phoned ACAS recently with this very question, and they said there was no entitlement. The agency can simply say they have no more work for you.

They also suggested consulting a union or legal advisor.
