ParkingEye / Stirling Park

Hi. Looking for some advice here please. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have received a FINAL DEMAND from Stirling Park on behalf of ParkingEye Ltd in respect of outstanding parking charges of £160. The letter states payment must be made within 14 days otherwise they may recommend to ParkingEye they commence enforcement action against me. This could involve action through the Sheriff Court, which could impact on my credit score in the future. It quotes the ParkingEye v Beavis case as a 'binding precedent'. I haven't responded to any correspondence relating to this.
What should I do? Is this enforceable in Scotland? Will Court action be taken?
Any help would be welcome. Cheers

Dealing with debt collectors is covered comprehensively in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4. Please read that carefully and thoroughly.
None of this stuff can be dealt with by a 'skim read'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
