Why are OH saying you are unfit for work? Are you still blacking out and having symptoms?

3.5 months off for random exploratory tests which arent yielding any results isnt sustainable for you or your company. Is there nothing you can do at work where you are not at risk from blacking out, desk work etc?

    thank you

Your union is much better placed to help you appeal the warning.

Strangers on the internet don’t have access to the letters you will have received, notes of meetings and evidence against you in order to formulate an appeal.

What has the unions advice been about an appeal?

As nicechap has advised, your union will be able to help you. You are paying money out of your wages for legal help and support from them.

Presumably your appeal needs to be in by Monday so you do not have much time to get your union to help you in drafting your appeal letter.

As you have been diagnosed with Vasovagal Syncope and you are now fit for work, it would be helpful to explain to management how you will manage your symptoms in the future based on medical advice. I may have missed this, but cannot see any evidence of OH contacting your GP for medical records.

Vasovagal syncope is just a posh name for a type of faint. My 80 year old mother had one a few weeks back due to dehydration, stayed in hospital overnight and is now back to normal. It's not neccessarily an ongoing condition which might be why the employer had queries about what's going on.
Is it possible they think you were stretching it out initially hence the verbal warning relating to that initial period, rather than the subsequent stress issues?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • I was still passing out till mid January. also lost 6kg still not gaining.
    i was so weak
    thanks
