Appealing Against Verbal Warning

Hi please support me on this.
I collapsed (Blackout) at work. The paramedic came, also the ambulance took me to the hospital I stayed overnight.
What happened now is that the company has stopped paying me company sick pay, because the paramedic said on the day that when paramedic was examining me twice and both times I had different outcomes 1st time i said no pain 2nd time i said lots of pain.
Due to this company put me in to Disciplinary.
On the Disciplinary i asked for a witness statement and the company did not give me it due to GDPR and on the whistle-blower act as a company we have to protect the witness on this situation.
Also company said we have duty of care for any whistle-blower statement.
My GP saying I am not well or not fit to work. The OHN saying I am not well or not fit to work. i have all NHS appointments paper work which I have given to my company. I have followed all company procedure.
After about 2 months, two more witness came forward one saying I am well and I won't return to work until I get my favourite job back. Which I didn’t say to anyone. 2nd witness saying I am exaggerating my injuries. And company is taking into account that I have no diagnosis yet either.
So company saying reasonable believe that I have abuse company sick pay.
I have not been paid since two months and now company has given me verbal warning which will stay for 6 month.
Now I have 7 days to appeal
what I can do in this situation can you please help me.
Thank you

Why did you blackout? What is your medical condition?
How long has your GP signed you off for and on what grounds?
Have you been off for the whole two months?
Paramedics are first responders, if you call them they will come. Their presence or opinion is not proof of being unfit to work. Paperwork about appointments isn't proof either, anyone can make appointments.0 -
I don't see the relevance of the whistleblower policy - that's about protecting employees who raise concerns about their company. It has nothing to do with your situation.
As above, how long have you been off work for? Have your company involved occupational health? I'm not sure we're getting the full picture here.
A verbal warning for abusing the sickness policy if you have been off work fir two months seems to be getting off lightly.
Are you in a union and how long have you worked there? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Are you saying that they believed you faked the whole thing? It's a bit extreme to go to get time off sick.
However, it seems they believe to have reasons to believe that is what you've done. That's a brave move to discipline you based on people's account when you have a GP sick note and their own OccHealth backing your need for time off sick.0 -
You seemed to indirectly suggest near the bottom that this period of absence may be over two months? But this confuses me as there seem to be witnesses jumping out of the woodwork making vexatious claims, so are you in contact with them or are you regularly in and out of work? Confused.com
Just how long have you been off? You've also provided the company with 'appointments paper work' - what is the relevance of this? You say your GP says you're not fit for work so I trust you've been issued a fit note for which you've provided to your employer?
I think there is a lot more to this story because currently you're essentially implying your employer & colleagues are all colluding against you?Know what you don't0 -

You do not need to copy the same response. Everyone can see it.
have you asked your company why, with all your evidence, they feel you are faking it?
The GP gave you a sicknote saying 'investigation' for 3.5 months?0
