PCN - Box Junction

- I was caught in a box junction recently (silver car in the video link - 4/12/18
- Received a letter of the PCN on the 12/12/18
- I appealed as I believe that issue was caused by the driver who took my space on the box junction exit
- I received rejection letter to my appeal on the 4/02/18 explaining that the appeal is rejected and I have 2 options - pay by the 13/02/18 (letter received on 04/02) or take the matter further on a tribunal
I would post a link to the video - but I am a new user and blocked
I have already entered the box junction and the other car entering the junction took my exit space. Yet I am in the wrong. am I? Please help and comment. Should I appeal further or pay the ridiculous £65.00

Does the video show your vehicle actually stopped? If yes then the offence is committed.0

How many goes at this are you having? This is your third thread on the same subject in the space of a few minutes. And the topic is nothing to do with this forum.
