Gift card/credit card refund

I purchased some jewellery online from Ernest Jones using a £80 egift card and my credit card in October.
I ordered a few pieces for choice for a birthday present, in total £262.80
The pieces i kept came to 93.60 and i returned the rest.
I received a refund on my credit card for £89.20.
I contacted customer services and after many ignored emails have finally been told that the remaining refund has gone back onto the original £80 egift card.
What are my rights regarding having the full refund returned onto my credit card.

You don't have any. They have refunded to the original purchase means.0

As above ... they refunded first to the gift card (which they are entitled to do) and refunded the balance to your CC.0
