Fraud - multiple people, need help

The person who lived in my house circa 12 months ago contacted me today to ask if any more post came for her to let her know, as her partner's identity had been used to apply for multiple credit! I do get the occasional letter for them but Ive been returning unknown as I didn't realise it was her partner (didnt know his name, it's different to her surname)
Anyway it made me realise - I already have bad credit, but now I can't even get the sub-prime stuff, so I checked noddle and there are dozens of searches in my name for various cards, catalogues and the like! Only one successful one, which is in debt for around £150 and only opened January! The company confirmed my name and address and said various items had been delivered ??! They can't tell me more as I can't give them the "right" email address or date of birth etc!
Thing is whoever's done it has got my date of birth completely wrong - wrong month, day and year (by a decade!). I haven't received any parcels that I wasn't expecting in either my name or the previous tenant's! I work long hours so parcels are sometimes left at the house or with neighbours -who would obviously spot it if there was a different name as they know me very well and know it's just me here!
So now I'm worried - how are parcels being delivered to my address when I never see them? Is someone watching my whereabouts? I have a postbox secured to the wall and I do admit it's hardly safe as you can put your hand in and if the letters are large or it's full, you can pull them out! But you wouldn't fit a parcel in it!
And am I now going to have police knocking at my door for this "fraud" over the accounts in the previous tenant's name? I find it all a bit worrying, though thankfully (?) my credit rating was already shot (I was in an abusive marriage, my late husband racked up debt in my name and his, then when I tried to leave he reported ME to action fraud, who saw it was nonsense and closed the case. I then left him after he was violent to our kids and he took his life, truly awful) so it hasn't damaged my rating any further, though I have no idea if it has for the previous tenant!
I dont know the previous tenant, only his girlfriend whom I met when I bought the house, no reason to suspect she's involved.

They could have your address as the billing address but have items being delivered elsewhere.
Have you reported the fraudulent account to the police? You can do this via actionfraud.
You might also want to register with cifas to stop it from happening again.

the lady at the catologue said they were delivered to my address - but clearly i didnt get them??? i am doing action fraud at the moment0
