Refunds after the 14 day policy

I stupidly purchased a set of clip veneer from instatsmile for £495. During the time between ordering and delivery I was warned off this product.

Unfortunately I returned the unopened product about a month after receiving the item. They have 14 day refund policy. Am I still entitled to a full refund?

Did you actually cancel within the 14 days or just send them back without telling them after the 14 days?

If you did the latter then you have no rights unless they have an additional returns policy that allows this.

    Have you read their site?

They appear to be custom made..

    https://www.instasmile.com/gb/faqs/

Can I send my INSTAsmile Clip-On Veneers back?
INSTAsmile veneers are a custom-made product and so are tailored specifically for your mouth. If they have been worn then we cannot legally accept the product back due to hygiene reasons. We cannot resell them and cannot offer you a refund. If there is a problem we may be able to remake or alter the product for you at our discretion.

For more information, please read our full terms and conditions.

Then in terms and conditions it says

In all other cases (if we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind), see article 10.

There was also a requirement for the buyer to confirm they read the terms and conditions before ordering.
