Disabled Student Allowance - private funded course

My employer has decided that my role will change due to service changes. The new role requires a degree in a subject that I am not fully trained in and so they are funding a degree through the Open University.
The problem is that I am disabled and will require support on the course. I previously had a disabled students allowance for help with my first degree which I completed in 2008.
Can I apply for DSA for this other course even if SAAS aren't funding it? Both courses are BSc (hons).

I should think so, I had it for my MA and I was classed as self funded.*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
