Please can anyone help.
My husband is trying to resolve a debt issue with the bank. A debt collection company has become involved and are negotiating the amount to be repaid. However, each time my husband asks them to put the offer in writing they refuse.
How can we progress this? any help appreciated as we are getting desperate as this has been going on for over a year now.
