Morrisons Jet Wash

A Morrisons store on my way to work has a jet was as well as an automated system and car hand wash.

Please, could you let me know how much a jet wash is as I want to wash the alloy wheels only as the hand washers never do a decent job. I did try to ring Morrisons petrol station but no answer and nothing recent about prices on the net. TIA.

How long is a piece of string?

There are quite a few garages with jet washes near to where I live. One of them is £2 for 4 minutes, another is £5 for 6 minutes and another is £6 for 10 minutes so the only people who can tell you how much it costs are Morrisons themselves or someone who has recently used the jetwash in question.

Buy some alloy wheel cleaner and wheel cleaning brush from Halfords.

OP, a jet-wash isn't going to do much more than an automated wash to alloys that haven't been cleaned properly for a while. As suggested above, wheel cleaner and a brush. Get them clean with a bit of elbow grease, then regular jet or auto washes should keep them that way.

Elbow grease is still available here, but watch out for the import charges (can't find a UK stockist lately):

Elbow Grease is available in UK, "151 products" good stuff, we use it to clean heavily soiled machinery.
