Yes - they are old. Internet shopping does not exist for them lol.

They went in and saw a set and ordered it. When it turned up it was clearly a hotch-potch of returned and or ex-display modules. there were scuffs here and there, the colour wasn't consistent and the feet on two of the 5 modular pieces looked like they'd been dragged along like how Rocky Balboa dragged tyres in training!

They sent someone out the first time and the assessor kept saying 'no comment' with a look that said I wish I could say what I honestly think (according to sister-in-law). Fact is they agreed to collect and replace it once already - the said they were going to send the bits out for an 87 year-old to sort out! I only got involved because I was asked to fit the pieces because 'I don't have the strength to lift the sofas myself'. My blood is boiling now.

I tweeted and they responded directly within 10 hours and agreed to send the assessor out. Left to pops, he'd have kept the first sofa.

Yes on the 12th. I've told him to go to shop and demand full refund but he's not having any of it. His wife tried to do it but they said it's in his name.... Now they won't speak to her at all as she accused them of ageism and racism. And sexism. And of being !!!!.

I hope somebody who can argue the point will be with them when the engineer calls.
