In March 2018 I invested a very small amount in a Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) and received a certificate from the organisation.
I've realised that I can claim tax relief on this investment and have the correct form.
On this claim form there is a box to insert the name of my tax office, however I can't find out which this is. A search online suggested using the first three digits on my payslip tax reference (for me) though using that - 961 - yields nothing.
How can I find out this information please? Or do I send the form to HMRC in Newcastle?
Thanks

This is the address for general income tax enquiries:

You'll need to quote you NINO if you're an employee on PAYE. Include your tax ref if you've got a recent notice of coding, or if its on your payslip.0 -
They may put you on self-assessment to claim this tax relief, as they did to me when I last tried to claim tax relief on a VCT investment (though in previous tax years they just sent me a P800 tax calculation and a cheque).0
