Nice smack on the nose for PCM. There'll be no need for the MA to sack them, if this continues they'll be on their way under their own steam as there will be no holding back the residents' newfound ability to shaft them where it hurts.

    Thanks for posting Sassii. :)

I am delighted. As many of you will know, the new MC at one of my properties wish to impose this scammer on the residents and I am doing my level best to see that they do not.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Did the scammer pay up on the 1st?

    This is great news!

Let me know if quoting this basic info here, for people to cite in their WS and evidence about the PAP for Debt Claims, is too much information and I will remove it (is it DDJ Genn or DDJ Glenn?):

It is what you've been pushing for all along, LOC123 and now we can use that order in future, as an example.

It does make sense that Courts should take a dim view of this conduct. The PAP for Debt Claims wasn't written for fun.

Must be important to show that the Defendant tried to engage with it too of course.

Can I ask what a pre Assuan Protocol for debt claims is?

I think that was a typo. Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims.

It makes sense to include the MC as, if the PPC have no money to pay you, the MC will.
Would be worth adding the judgement to the stickies.
