house sale after death

my mam died Oct 2016 in her will she said that the house was to be sold and shared between me 2 sisters and brother 4 of us 1 sister is the exsecuter of the will my brother lived with man and left 10 months after her death my daughter moved in with her partner with the plan to buy it done alot of work added 15 thousand to the price of the house them her partner left her just before the sale was completed 3 months after they moved in she had 2 small kids so we agreed there was no hurry on her moving out at the minute then out the blue my sister wanted her out my a date to get it on the market so she moved out before the date no problem here the problem she then moved her daughter in the next day so they have had it planned she said it was for 2 weeks till she found some were to ok no problem that was 8 months ago now has payed rent well that I no of my daughter dident pay rent but the value that she added was well over the price of the rent I don't speak to them now and they say she can stop there as long as she wants so were do i stand legally I want it all over and done with it was stated in the will to be sold and shared .

    Start speaking to them and start sorting out when the house will be sold.

    Who are the executors? They have a responsibilty to sell the property and distribute the proceeds. The squatters will have to be evected. It is totall unfair on the other beneficiaries. You need a solicitor.
