Economy Energy Gone Bust... What about my bill?
My previous energy supplier Economy Energy have seized trading, you can see the message on their website (can't post links)
They failed to send me a reminder notice about my fixed contract rates coming to an end and in a telephone call I had with them back in December, they agreed that my final month with them (as I moved supplier) would likely be re-billed at the fixed in rate as it was their fault.
Now they've gone bust, I'm trying to get in contact with them to pay it asap before they say they have no record of such conversation and try take the full £400 from me!
I've even contacted Ofgem twice and they've not replied to me...
Any ideas about what I can do?

Your energy supply is now with Ovo - if you want to change to a new supplier you can.
However, Ovo are only responsible for a) energy used since they were appointed by Ofgem or b) refunding credit balances that customers had with Economy Energy.
With regard to your final Economy Energy bill, you will have to wait for the EE administrators to produce a 'final' bill then dispute it with them.

Yeah, I was worried this might be the case. Thanks for your input.0
