It may have been an ex display, I know it's on the current display list at my store. I'd go back to Argos and see what they will do. It'd be down to managements descretion to give a discount. I have one of these TV's (unfortunately paid £350 6 months ago) and the power cable is a bog standard one which you can pick up at most electrical retailers. The least I feel Argos should do is reimburse you the cost of the lead.0
