Gadget Repairs (Quick Mobile Fix)

I have a lot of gadgets, most of which are made by Apple. As any Apple owners will know, they are almost impossible to repair unless you go to a specialist. Well, in January 2018 I decided to use Quick Mobile Fix to change my iPad battery. They did so but returned it with a damaged screen. When I sent it back they tried to make me pay them to repair the screen - the one that they damaged (!). Unsurprisingly an argument ensued but they eventually agreed to fix the screen at their cost.
They returned the iPad in March but the screen now had a different fault so I returned it again.
The eventually fixed it and for a while it was ok but in August the screen developed yet another fault. So they replaced the screen again and sent it back later that month.
But guess what - the new screen had yet another fault.
So I sent it back to them a fifth time (!!) and after an even bigger argument they eventually agreed to replace the screen yet again.
After many weeks of chasing they have now announced that the iPad motherboard is damaged beyond repair. And that somehow this is my fault and so they are refusing to pay for a new iPad. This is all despite the fact that the iPad was in perfect working order before they touched it, and despite the fact that they say they rigorously test all gadgets when they are received and before they return them.
It is clear that QuickFixMobile will try various tactics to avoid liability for any damage they cause to your cherished gadgets.
So I am now preparing a legal claim, which will include all the time I've wasted with these jokers.
Do not use Quick Mobile Fix.

from your account they do sound dodgy.

Test as much as you like, but there are often millions if components inside ICs like cpu and north bridge etc, and things do fail and you cant test every combination, and I am not saying they made it fail. Not much you can prove either.

Personally, would have given them a second chance, and when that failed, gone elsewhere regardless of warranty... if I valued the device, and cut my losses. You get what you pay for, and you probably did not want to pay apple prices?
