I bought a Toshiba external 1 tb SSD drive for £29 from Tesco about 5 years ago. I didn't realise what a bargain it was until I try to buy a 2 terabyte one just recently and it is about 100 quidIf I ruled the world.......0

I've used Integral P series in a couple of devices, though didn't benchmark; https://www.mymemory.co.uk/integral-240gb-p-series-5-sata-iii-ssd-drive-560mb-s.html

It's about the price they are at the moment.
TBH I'd go for a Crucial or Kingston or other 'known' brand, rather than a no-name brand like Sannobel.
But it gets OK reviews so probably would be fine.
The cheap ones are much of a muchness; https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/561808/sannobel0 -
