Ppi claim form

Hello, new to the forum.
So I used the Resolver link to claim back ppi, filled out it all etc but now I’ve received a letter through the post asking me to fill out a form, I’ll need to do this 3 times as 3 separate claims, as I’ve already done this on Resolver do you recommend I fill out all the paper forms even though I’m repeating all of the info they already have from Resolver? Thank you

Are the forms perhaps asking for more detail than you put on the Resolver form? It's also possible the info you put on Resolver never appeared the other end or you may have alleged something that might match one of the claims but not the others i.e. claiming you were told something by someone when records show you applied on-line.0

Resolver is a middle man, sometimes things get lost between you and whoever you're compaining to. Fill out the forms.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Ok thanks, I shall fill the forms out, the claims are from a good 15 years ago so I can’t remember on each exactly how I applied0
