Fault Phone Accessory - buymobiles.net not interested

Hi,
Will try to make a long story short
Bought a OnePlus 6T from Buymobiles.net on black Friday last year. Everything has been fine except one of the accessories that comes with the phone (a little cable that goes from USB C to 3.5mm headphone jack) which allows you to use wired headphones. It has just stopped working, no idea why. So contacted OnePlus support who said they can not help as I did not order it from them. Contacted buymobiles.net who advised they could not help as it is past the initial 30 day returns period.
I am getting frustrated as the part needs replacing and I was under the assumption that a warranty was in place. Considering I have not had the phone for 3+ months it would be good to get the cable sorted, but everyone is washing their hands of it.
What position am I in from a consumer rights perspective?

Warranty from whom ??
Your CR are against the vendor not the manufacturer .
