Sports Direct - Delivery Charge

Hello I bought some sandals via Sports Direct online (never again) , , arrrived 5 days later with FlipFlops in the box not sandals. Contacted SD who did send a free returns sticker, asked for money back including original delivery charge. Meanwhile as this was an accident I guessed I re-ordered , sandals as they were wanted as a present this week. Low and behold same things happens and more flip-flops arrive.


SD are now claiming this is what I ordered (didnt say that first time ) even though the order acknowlegments state sandals, and charges sandal price , not flip flop price. Currently they won't refund either delivery charge, even though its clearly theie fault


Any thoughts on best way ahead, possible actions to take - thanks
