My phone is a Nokia C2-01. When I'm working it sits on my desk, face down with the SMS alerts set to silent so I'd never see the face till meal times. Before 8 am and after 8 pm it is switched off. My watch though is always with me.
My last watch cost about £80 many years ago and served me well, When I retire in a few years time, my new watch will probably be something similar. Thx0
