well well well.. Just rung the court to check up and see if they received my evidence. And it turns out NCP / BW have discontinued yesterday presumably after looking at my evidence pack. Chancers!!!
I would still like to reclaim costs for photo-copying and such how can I go about this or is it not worth it?0 -
You could invoice them
Then use the Court to enforce your invoice if it's unpaid!0 -
BW replied with saying that they won't pay as their client is not liable as the claim was cancelled in line with correct court procedure.
I don't think I'll take this any further due to time constraints but thanks all for your help in order to get this thrown out!!0 -

I have a fine too, I parked paid cash and when I had my car cleaned through the ticket away, I have appealed and been told tough, so I have now appealed to POPLA and am awaiting a reply but have been told to forget it as I'll next have a letter from a debt collecting agency for £160.00??? Help0
