MY last CEL appeal(Sept 18) was short and sweet, standard blue template.
They were not POFA compliant so I think they gave up got the cancellation letter 2 weeks later.
template seems to have been change to remove the PoFA 2012 stuff
Did it not used to say some thing likeThere will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either rely on the POFA 2012 and offer me a POPLA code, or cancel the charge.0 -
Well the appeal got rejected. Now to decide if to bother risking pools and possibility of then having to pay £100 instead of £600
-
But you don't need to worry about paying them0
-
Why on earth are you considering paying anything?
Are you not reading the guidance you are being given?
A 'pools'(sic) decision is not binding on the motorist.
Go for the 100% MSE discount.0 -

What? You are likely to win at POPLA, and NO-ONE pays if not!
Did you think you have to? Why?
POPLA is a normal stage, expected for some CEL cases, and winning is normal.
Jeez the amount of people who want to pay astonishes me. We even had someone earlier who has paid Smart Parking rather than appeal several PCNs that were 100% winnable!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How do I find the sticky thread or newbies thread!
I’m new and need advice at the soonest.
Ive received a PCN from Greenwich also, apparently I overstayed by 2mins.
I had no clue a ticket was needed, I’ve used the car park several tines before this issue.
I need to locate the appeal template if possible.
Thank you in advance0 -
