This site claims that Martin Lewis is recommending investing in Bitcoins

    I think you'll find that Martin is well aware of these websites.
    Didn't he recently back down over a court case about this?

    That was the ads posted on Facebook, not sure it was the ones the OP linked too.

    I don't think he "backed down" but took a settlement with the money, £3 million, going to charity.
