UU last night - The North Polar Bear Left The Tap On Soap
I liked this but it didn't last as long as I thought, was using it for handwashing and showergel for some of the time. Confirmed my feeling that when Lush soaps get a bit damp they all end up smelling the same so WNBA.
  • IN - Optiat coffee scrub, vanilla 220g - the range is on clearance at Waitrose for £3. I think I have heard it’s super messy on this thread but for that price I will give it a go :-p

One IN to report, as expected - nail polish remover, Boots own brand. Bought the acetone one, designed for "rapid removal" of even gel polish, even though I don't use gel - I'd read somewhere that "gentle" removers aren't that great because you need to keep rubbing it on your nails until it does the job. This one dries out my skin big time, around the nails as well as on the fingers holding the pad, but works super fast (in one swipe mostly), and I wash and cream my hands after removing nail polish anyway. So I hope it is a good solution for me.

I paid for it with Advantage Card points - still have a balance worth 330+ pounds  - curious, can anyone beat that? :o

Very little to report this month sadly! After my flurry of INs the OUTs haven’t been as forthcoming funnily enough!

Lush aura suavis shower gel- WBA but I know it’s a rare lush product which came out in the kitchen. Smells minty yet herby. I have SO much shower gel so can’t be disappointed !

Lush metamorphosis bath bomb. WMB it’s quite a complex scent but I prefer the perfume of it in my stash

    L’Or!al colour correcting cream
2x shower gel (any) 1 so far
Lacoste body lotion 100ml it’s almost there
    [STRIKE]Batiste dry shampoo 400ml[/STRIKE]
Herbal essences shampoo 400ml Maybe in next 10 days
Body shop cranberry scrub 300ml probably next shower
5x samples (any) ha taking a while....
    Liz Earle cleanser 200g LHJ
Lush angels on bare skin scrub 100g
1x mascara (think this is by essence in wilko)

I placed an order yesterday with Look Fantastic. Australian Body Care is on 3 for 2 offer. 20% off other items. Ordered Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue for my holiday to Lanzarote in April. Free full sized lipstick as GWP. Not that I need more lipstick but I really enjoyed the one I got in a TSV last year but returned the kit. Also if you spend £56 you get free Skinchemists Mask. Looks like it is worth £110 so let’s hope I don’t like it too much. My Decleor Mask is feeling light so need a new mask.

Bought Bidy Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter yesterday and it’s lovely. Had a £5 off voucher from them so it was half price.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

WOW! I had £150 at one point and I thought that was a lot!

Can I ask something please? Do you mind if I stay in this group not because I want to stop buying, just because it makes me use the products I already have?

I don't think realistically, that I will ever really say no to bargains/deals (evidence below) for any decent length of time, a week is pushing it for me, but I am a lot more thoughtful and I do consider what I have in my stash and make sure to use it all, is that ok?

    First, the OUTs....

GA - Lolas Apothecary Sweet Lullaby Soothing Body Souffle 200ml - So awfully oily and I didn't like the smell, it was more like a solid oil than the souffle it was sold as!

TA - Lancôme Hydra Intense Mask 100ml - This smells a bit anyway but it had become pungent so I decided it had gone off, I'd used about half a tube at this point.

    UUs
    Dove Deodorant 250ml - Sensitive
Garnier Ultimate Blends Almond Crush Conditioner 360ml
L'Occitane Pivoine Sublime Perfecting Cream 8ml
    Nivea Deodorant 35ml - Pearl & Beauty
    Nivea Roll-on deodorant 50ml - Pearl & Beauty
    No7 Revitalising Cleansing Wipes x 30
    Oral B Toothpaste 75ml - Strong Teeth
Philosophy Shower Gel 480ml - Shimmering Snowlace
The Body Shop Vitamin E Face Mist 100ml

    And with that, my INs.......

There was a £10 worth of points for £50 spent thing in Boots, so I spent just over £100 and got £20, I got all this plus I stocked up on vitamins for 6 months. I've got a lot of eye cream INs as I want to try a few out.
Boots Botanics Organic Hydrating Eye Cream 80% Organic 15ml
Boots Cucumber Eye Gel 15ml, Facial Scrub 150ml, Facial Wash 150ml and Micellar Water 100ml (4 for £4)
Boots Expert Normal Hydrating Eye Cream 15ml
Boots Expert Sensitive Hydrating Eye Cream 15ml
    Femfresh Powder 200g x 4
    Lancôme Eau Micellaire Douceur 400ml x 2 (20% off)
No7 Make Up Brush Cleanser 200ml and No7 Revitalising Cleansing Wipes x 30 (used vouchers so the total for both was £5)

Then to The Body Shop over the mall where there was a very rare offer on the Ginger range....
    Elderflower Eye Gel 15ml
    Ginger Anti-Dandruff Conditioner 400ml
    Ginger Anti-Dandruff Shampoo 400ml

Superdrug offer INs (masks were free with 3 skincare items and the eye creams were BOGOHP)

kadison - you can stay for me, I don't think we are all that strict on this thread, not like some I see on here. I can balance you out a bit as I have bought nothing at all this month and last month only spent a few pounds.

    uu

Rituals Tai Chi Foaming Shower Gel 200ml - this is a really nice product it is just very hard to hold the large can and press the awkward nozzle. I have two more cans in different scents in the stash and WBA but not at full price.

    Two UUs from last night:

Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner 3ml sample WMB as a full size but I'm a bit undecided. This is nice, and hydrating, but I still think I prefer the original one.

Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Serum 3ml sample WDBA. I liked this serum when I had it but I won't repurchase it just yet.
